What happens after you apply
Screening call
We begin by reviewing your documents and understanding what you are actually looking for—salary expectations, preferred country, speciality fit, and whether you are open to permanent or temporary relocation. This helps us judge both eligibility and alignment before your profile moves forward.
Profile in the pool
Once your profile clears screening, it is added to the employer/hospital pool. At this stage, your profile becomes part of the active set of candidates that can be matched to relevant openings and hiring requirements.
Mock interviews
Before you are put forward seriously, we help you prepare through mock interviews. These are used to strengthen your confidence, improve how you present your experience, and identify any gaps that may affect interview outcomes. We conduct up to four mock interviews and give the green light when you are ready.
After selection
Once you are selected, the process moves into the next stage: contract issuance, visa guidance, embassy interview preparation, and post-arrival support. In other words, our role does not end at the offer stage—we continue to support the move until the transition is underway.
FAQs
Who is this portal for?
This portal is for medical professionals only, including doctors, nurses, technicians, and paramedical candidates.
Do I need to be fully ready before applying?
Not always. The screening stage helps determine your current readiness and identify what may still need to be strengthened.
Will my profile be shared with every employer?
No. Profiles are screened first and then matched to relevant openings and employer requirements.
Are all openings permanent roles?
No. Openings can be permanent or temporary, depending on the employer and the role.
Can I still apply if I’m open to more than one country?
Yes. Country preference is part of the screening process, and broader flexibility can help with matching.
What if I don’t find a suitable opening right now?
You can still submit your profile so it can be reviewed and considered for future matching roles.
